Terrapin Beer’s Spike Buckowski to Co-Brew w/Thornbridge Brewery in UK

I’m excited to report that our pal Spike Buckowski will once again be traveling abroad to brew a beer.  This time it’s the UK and Thornbridge Brewery.  Details from Red & Black:

This year we’re going to go to Thornbridge Brewery which is one of the most craft-oriented breweries in England. It’s located near Sheffield. I know the guys at Thornbridge, and I hooked Spike up with the opportunity to get over there in February on this big beer trip that I’ve organized. We’re gonna go over there and make a special beer. We’re not really sure what’s gonna be in it yet. I know Spike is talking recipes with the head brewer there, but we know it’s gonna have a little bit of rye in it because every time Spike does a collaboration ale, he always puts a little rye in there to make the beer spicy and unique.
