Do you have $12 Million burning a hole in your pocket? Looking to expand your 4bbl brewhouse….good news! Olympia Brewery is For Sale. The doors were closed by Miller/Coors back in 2003 and now the property can be yours. This from The Olympian:
The main buildings of the former Olympia brewery, consisting of five lots, are being sold for nearly $12 million as part of a new marketing effort announced by Dana Commercial Real Estate LLC of Olympia.
For sale is the 300,000-square-foot modern brew house, the 34,000-square-foot M Cellar and 100,000 square feet of office space. The sale price for all three is $2.95 million, according to a Dana Commercial news release.
The main warehouse, which occupies a 22-acre site, also is listed for sale at $8.95 million.
