Fat Head’s Smoking Their Own Malt For “Up In Smoke Porter”

imageThanks to Fat Heads for giving us a peek inside the brewery today as they smoked 100lba of malt for their upcoming “Up in Smoke Porter".  The did 10lb batches and smoked each batch over Alder Wood for over an hour.  Up In Smoke won a GABF silver in 2010 and this batch is heading there as well.  More photos & details here.
