Weyerbacher Releases Imperial Pumpkin Ale 2008

Weyerbacher is currently selling bottles and sixtels of their popular Imperial Pumpkin Ale. This brew never seems to last very long, so stock up now. I've never been a lover of pumpkin ales, but this brew is different. It's available now for tasting also in their Easton facility.

Wait for Southern Tier Pumking to come out. You'll never waste your time with another pumpkin beer again, trust me.

I haven't has ST's pumpkin, but for the longes time pumpkin beers held the honor of "The ONLY Beer I ever Dumped at a Beer Festival"...until I had Weyerbachers Imperial Pumpkin 2006...good stuff.

We saw Wild Bill's pumpkin in a supermarket in Spokane, and I have heard good things about it but I haven't tried it yet....

I was at Weyerbacher last Sat. to pick up some pumpkin, among other things. They changed the formula this year according to the person pouring my samples. More spice and less pumpkin. It sure tastes that way, too. Be careful before buy a whole case. Still very good (maybe 2nd best to Pumking now), but not the same as in past years.
