Just a week or so ago I brought you the news that Appalachian Mountain Brewery and Bojangles Hard Tea would be teaming up to form Modern Alchemist. This new venture would focus on THC and CBD-infused mocktails and they would launch the brand with three flavors: Margarita, Jungle Bird and Citrus Spritz. Each flavor includes 5mg US hemp-derived THC and CBD and each flavor is low in sugar and has under 100 calories per 12oz serving.

These beverages are available in NC, SC, TN, GA, FL, TX and any state that offers direct to consumer. Luckily I was able to get my hands on some to test-drive, and of course I can’t wait to try them…so off we go.Mybeerbuzz .com Highlights Modern Alchemist (Review)

I was surprised to find that each flavor is unique and each flavor belies the fact that they are low in sugar and low calorie. They simply taste great and you’d never know that they were low calorie or THC/CBD-infused.

The flavors are all easy drinking and the fruit flavors are really spot on. The Margarita flavor tastes like a classic Margarita cocktail, the Citrus Spritz has a great combination of bright grapefruit flavors and Jungle Bird has a really nice combination of fruit flavors that I really liked.

Keep in mind that each of these beverages are alcohol free and each one has 5mg THC and 5mg CBD on board. Overall I’d say the mix of flavors, the low calorie and low sugar aspect, the fact that they are alcohol-free, and the inclusion of THC and CBD will make these really desirable drinks. I think all three tasted great and I’m excited to see how well they sell.

Modern Alchemist Margarita, Citrus Spritz and Jungle Bird are available now in 12oz cans so be sure to check and see if you can purchase them in your state….and when you do try them, be sure to let us know what YOU thinkzzubreebym
