Brew For One: Whale Fall

Every year, our Brew For One program aims to do for one what we wish we could do for everyone. This year's release, Whale Fall, will benefit our friends at the Birkley Heynen Environmental Foundation as a means to help build a hopeful legacy out of tragedy. With this beautiful IPA, we aim both to honor Birkley's legacy and commitment to costal sustainability, but also help seed the Foundation, which will fund future students who share Birkley's passion.
Takk Peaches!
Peach Ale | 5.5% ABV

Takk being "thanks" in Norwegian, we are saying thank you to peaches with this beautiful peach ale. Using Norwegian farmhouse yeast to emphasize the peach character, we are building layers of flavor capped off with curacao orange peel.

West Coast Pils | 5.9% ABV

All ideas, and all art, are a reinterpretation of the information and creative source that exists. This is perhaps why some art that is unfamiliar can be so striking and familiar at times. This west coast pils is a reinterpretation of familiar things; the classic IPA in an unfamiliar way.
Stairway to Nowhere

An incredible beer designed by our tasting room team! We're making a classic baltic porter, the only stout/porter that is a lager! Embodying a beautifully rich quality from roasted malts and a clean drinking experience from the lagering process, Stairway to Nowhere is a nod to perhaps the most curious feature in our tasting room, a stairway the leads down to… nowhere.
