This morning I have a bunch of new bottles coming from Jackie O’s Pub & Brewery in Athens, OH. Temple Of Minerva will be an imperial stout aged for 20-months in Bourbon barrels conditioned on raw and toasted coconut (14.8%-AbV, 12.7oz bottles), Apple Brandy Barrel Dark Apparition will be an imperial stout aged in apple Brandy barrels (13.5%-AbV, 12.7oz bottles), Overcoil will be an imperial stout aged in Bourbon barrels (12.9%-AbV, 12.7oz bottles), Core Values will be a rye Saison ale aged in oak barrels, refermented on apples and bottle conditioned with honey (5.8%-AbV, 16.9oz bottles) & Cobblestone will be a rye Saison ale aged in oak barrels and refermented on whole peaches (5.7%-AbV, 16.9oz bottles).
