Kleensmart

Kleensmart has designed the newest cleaning product to keep on your radar. Its all-in-one Easy Sweep eliminates the multi-step process of sweeping and picking up debris as typically done with a traditional broom and separate dustpan. The innovative brand has developed a better, worry-free way to handle messes. Say bye-bye to your dustpan for good! Simply sweep as normal to create a small pile of dust, then angle the broom head to use the unique power brush at the back of the broom - it picks up the dust and collects it inside the broom head. There’s no bending down or hunting around for a dustpan, and it’s always ready to use. Best of all it eliminates the annoying line of fine dust that’s never totally removed by a normal dustpan. Check out the demo video for a closer look.

Of course I can’t wait to give them a try, so off we go…Mybeerbuzz .com Highlights Persik & Kleensmart Cleaning Products (Review)

Up first is Persik and today we’ll be trying out their window and glass cloth and eyeglass cleaning cloth. As someone who regularly wears glasses and sunglasses, I can say that the thing I hate most about them is that they get so dirty so quickly. Whether it’s grease from your hair, suntan lotion or finger prints, the only think I hate more than them getting glasses dirty, is trying to clean them. Lets face it, it seems like if you touch your glasses or sunglasses to clean them, they scratch. I swear if I look at my sunglasses wrong, the scratches appear. I’ve tried soap and water, soft towels, cleaning cloths and even tissues, but they all scratch. The Persik Pure Sky Eyeglass Cleaning Cloth is detergent-free and you simply wet your lenses and clean your glasses.

On a pair of sunglasses (that were expensive), I first cleaned them under running water with mild soap, then used the Persik cloth and the results were great. No streaks, no scratches and no dirt. On a pair of glasses that were a bit older, I tried just a straight Persik cloth that was wet, and it also worked great. The smudges, grease and dirt came off easily and I saw no sign of any additional scratches. I think this will be perfect for me since I regularly clean my glasses and sunglasses while hiking, and the Persik is portable and it even comes in a zip lock bag where you can pre-wet the cloth before using. The cloth is also roughly 6-inches by 3-inches so it will literally fit anywhere in your pack or bag.

Next up I tested out the Persik Pure Sky Window And Glass Cloth. This cloth uses the same technology and procedure as the eyeglass cloth and in no time I had wet the glass and I was cleaning nose-prints off our sliding glass doors. The window cloth is larger (about 15-inches x 12-inches) so it made short work of cleaning large surfaces. The cloth left no streaks or smudges and I noticed little difference between cleaning the glass first with another cleaner, or just going straight to the Persik with just water sprayed on the glass first. On our mirrors, I sprayed with water followed by the Persik cloth and in this instance, I added a dry cloth at the end to dry it all out. This was recommended by Persik and it worked well on our home mirrors as well as my car windows and mirrors.

As far as cleanup, Persik recommends washing the cloths in cold water and if you use a washing machine, separate the cloth from other laundry and avoid fabric softeners and bleach. I hand washed the cloths to get out any grit and let them just hang to dry.

Finally, I tested out the Kleensmart Easy Sweep. This broom-style tool lets you sweep up the mess and then use the side of the broom head to pick up the pile you create with their “power brush.” I should mention up front that we have fur everywhere, and every day it renews itself, so daily light cleaning is a fact of life. This means pulling out a broom and dustpan or even pulling out the vacuum cleaner every day. With the Kleensmart Easy Sweep, you get the best of both of these worlds.

The Easy Sweep was easy to assemble and use, and it even comes with the 3AA batteries required to make it work. It took a few mins of practice to align the power brush with the dirt and hit the button that activates the power sweep, but in no time I was picking up the dirt.Mybeerbuzz .com Highlights Persik & Kleensmart Cleaning Products (Review)

Sweep up the mess into a pile, and then use the power brush to pick it up. There’s no need for a messy dust pan and no need to bend over or get your hands dirty…the Kleensmart does it all. The debris gets stored in the broom head until you empty it and it actually cleaned better that a traditional dust pan would anyway. The broom is light and easy to store, and better yet it’s easy to pull out to do a quick clean up of furry floors. I also tested out varying sizes of debris like cereal, kibble and even bread crumbs and the Easy Sweep picked them all up easily. In the end, the Easy Sweep has now become a go-to tool in our house and it’s the first line of defense against fur buildup.Mybeerbuzz .com Highlights Persik & Kleensmart Cleaning Products (Review)

Overall I think both the Persik and Kleensmart products actually did really well. The glass and eyeglass cloths did a great job cleaning glass, glasses and sunglasses, and they were easy to use and clean. The Kleensmart Easy Sweep really worked well for our daily fur cleanup and for kitchen crumbs and tracked-in dirt, it was perfect.

Be sure to get out there and try Persik & Kleensmart for yourself. And when you do try them, be sure to let us know what YOU think.
