From Indeed Brewing:
Late last week Minnesota state legislature made THC edibles legal, and Minneapolis' Indeed Brewing Company is gearing up to release a THC seltzer in the Twin Cities.
As one of the first craft breweries to open in Minnesota, Indeed Brewing has a nearly decade-long history of innovation in Minneapolis. The brewery has been been involved with cannabis-related R&D processes specifically since 2020 as it planned for the release of Lull, its CBD-infused seltzer, in January 2021.
For its next cannabis-infused beverage, Indeed is planning a low-dosage THC sparkling seltzer. It's been the brewery's main focus now for weeks, as they've been working nonstop to make a THC Seltzer that is responsible and safe for consumption without much regulation to work off of.
Full Press Release:
MINNEAPOLIS, MN , July 7, 2022: Indeed Brewing Company is producing a cannabis-infused beverage in light of the new state law that went into effect on July 1 that allows beverages and edibles containing THC to be sold. The nonalcoholic, 2mg THC- and 2mg CBD-infused seltzer water is called Two Good and will be released as soon as possible with a goal of early August. A 5mg version is in the works.
“We are currently navigating the behind-the-scenes work that goes into developing this first-of-its-kind product in Minnesota,” says Tom Whisenand, CEO of Indeed Brewing Company. “We are taking the responsibility seriously, so we’re taking our time to make sure it’s the right product for us and for our customers.”
As one of the first craft breweries to open in Minnesota, Indeed has a nearly decade-long history of innovation in Minneapolis and has experimented with nontraditional ingredients in beer and Beyond Beer, including Lull CBD Infused Seltzer in 2019. Production of Lull ceased in July 2020 per a directive sent by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. Indeed will also begin producing and selling Lull once again.
