Mybeerbuzz .com Highlights Boulevard Cherry Lime Radler (Review)

Mybeerbuzz .com Highlights Boulevard Cherry Lime Radler (Review)I'll admit up front that I do occasionally enjoy a standard lemon Radler, but I really haven’t found much among the other Radler flavors that equals my fondness for plain old lemon.  Of course that is until now, when I think I may have found my new Radler best-friend.

Coming to us from Boulevard Brewing, we have a new entry into the category to follow their previous Ginger Lemon Radler. This new kid on the block is called Cherry Lime Radler and if you’re guessing that is uses cherry and lime juice, you’d be correct. This is a really drinkable Radler and a nice blend that is hard to describe, but really easy to drink.  The combination of flavors is really right up my alley and I have a feeling (and some hope) that I’ll be sitting on the beach in a few months enjoying a Boulevard Cherry Lime Radler.

The beach part will have to wait for now, but I’m not waiting any longer to taste…so off we go.

Boulevard Introduces Cherry Lime Radler

Boulevard Cherry Lime Radler

ABV:  4.1%
Style:  Radler
IBU:  18
Packaging:  12oz cans
Appearance:  Bright golden pink color
Aroma:   Citrus, lime and sweet cherry
Mouthfeel:   Light with low carbonation
Taste:   Sweet cherry up front followed by tart lime and slight biscuit wheat malt.
Overall:  This is definitely a good combination of fruit flavors and they nicely balance out the base wheat beer. The sweet cherry is complimented nicely with just a bit of tart acidic lime making for a really light and drinkable beer….perfect for the beach.

Boulevard Cherry Lime Radler is available now in 12oz cans so get out there and try it for yourself. And when you do try it, be sure to let us know what YOU think.
