Yuengling Donates More Than $50K to Military Survivors - 6/26From Yuengling:

America’s Oldest Brewery supports Inner Warrior Program to address health and wellness for surviving military families, casualty officers and caregivers

What:                D.G. Yuengling & Son, Inc., America’s Oldest Brewery, is proud to donate more than $50,000 to the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) to support TAPS Inner Warrior Program, a unique strength-based therapeutic program focused on uplifting military survivors through physical fitness and mental well-being.

At 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26, Yuengling’s 6th generation daughters – Jen, Debbie and Sheryl Yuengling – will celebrate the two-year partnership with TAPS with a ceremony at the newly renovated brewery museum and gift shop. The Yuengling’s will deliver remarks on behalf of their family, and will be joined by Yuengling employees and veterans to mark the occasion. Members of TAPS will be present to speak to the impact of the Inner Warrior Program and receive the donation. Yuengling awarded TAPS the donation through its Lagers for Heroes program, which enables the brewery to support nonprofits and advance programs that positively impact veterans and their families.
