Join us on Friday Dec. 1st to celebrate 9 years of making great beer! We'll be tapping up a special 9th Anniversary Imperial IPA. Huge tropical and citrus fruit aromas up front give way to balanced bitterness and a deceptively smooth, dry finish that complements the 10.6% alcohol by volume. Only available on draft at the brewpub! For you mug clubbers, this will be a mug fill through Dec. 8th.
We are also releasing a special Barrel Reserve Series beer on Friday Dec. 1st. in a corked and caged 750 ml bottle, Taming the Rebellion. This beer started out as a barrel aged IPA several years ago...the contents of this particular bourbon barrel never got blended into the batch that was tapped up back in 2015. We decided to age it in the barrel until this year. The hops have mellowed to a point where it's no longer an IPA, now it's a strong ale with a great balance of malt and hops and unique barrel derived flavors. It comes in around 9.3% alcohol by volume and is extremely limited.
The party continues Saturday evening December 2nd with Frank Wicher taking the stage at 8:00 pm.
