Sarasota, FL – On February 10th , 2018, JDub’s Brewing Company will be celebrating four years of making beer for folks in the Sunshine State. This year’s celebration, “Dub Fest”, will be held at the Sarasota fairgrounds and will feature a craft beer and music festival, headlined by National act, “Less Than Jake”.
The craft beer festival will last from 2pm to 5pm and feature a “Pros vs Joes” style competition, wherein home brewers will be able to serve their libations alongside brick and mortar breweries, competing for the “best” beer, as voted on
by the festival attendees.
Throughout the day and lasting through the evening, two stages will host bands ranging in style from a Grateful Dead cover band, “Ship of Fools” to “The
Spazmatics” who play an eclectic mix of 80’s hits. Rock / Reggae band SOWFLO, a Florida favorite, will open for Dub Fest headliner, “Less Than Jake”. Local bands “The Brie Rivera Trio” and “BABYL” will also perform during the craft

JDub’s and Less Than Jake have collaborated on a commemorative beer, a yet to be named Passion Fruit Grisette style Ale, which will be packaged in 16 ounce, 4-pack cans that will be sold at the festival. Extremely limited amounts of the collaboration beer will be distributed to select accounts throughout Florida.
