From Indeed:
MINNEAPOLIS,, MN NOVEMBER 28, 2017: Indeed Brewing Company will release two new beers this week in collaboration with Twin Cities restaurants. From a spicy infused lager to a festive barrel-aged red, the brewery looks forward to sharing two very different styles of beer, tailored to the tastes of each spot.
Cowlaboration #8 with Indeed's Wooden Soul: Cranberry Sour at Red Cow
Across the metro, Indeed will be teaming up with all Red Cow locations to release Cowlaboration #8, a Cranberry Sour from Indeed's Wooden Soul line-up of barrel-aged sour and wild ales. This ruby red sour was aged in wood from between a year to a year and a half, then re-fermented on 250 lb. of fresh cranberries, roasted at Red Cow, and finished with a hint of hibiscus. Kicking off Red Cow's 12 Beers of Christmas, this tart and fruity beauty will be tapped at all locations on Friday, December 1st, alongside variants of 2017 Rum King including Rum King with Dogwood's Zamboni Cold Brew and Rum King with vanilla and Dogwood's neon Espresso.
Bia-Side Pils at Hai Hai
When Hai Hai opens in Northeast, the Vietnamese street food restaurant from the duo behind Hola Arepa will be pouring a custom-brewed house beer from Indeed Brewing. A twist on the Indeed's signature B-Side Pils, Hai Hai's Bia-Side Pils will be infused with ginger, lemongrass and a blend of citrus. The collaboration draws from the North Vietnamese tradition of Bia Hoi, a popular style of light and refreshing street beer, home-brewed daily and delivered to local bars. Crafted to compliment the bold flavors of the region, Bia-Side Pils will be available exclusively on tap at Hai Hai when it opens this Wednesday, November 29th.
