Every Tuesday at 6pm, the Cascade Brewing Barrel House taps a new live barrel of a usually short-lived, one-off beer. This week's live barrel is Ingmeyer Bergman, a collaboration blend withPhantom Carriage. This limited release is a 50/50 blend of our bourbon barrel-aged sour quad with Meyer lemon zest and Phantom Carriage’s Bergman sour blond ale. Flavors of bourbon and lemon are met with a brisk acidity, mild sweetness and a touch of brett funk. We are very excited to have Martin Svab and Simon Ford from Phantom Carriage here to tap the barrel!
