Bring your clip board and lab coat and join us Friday, April 29th as we release our third in a series of beers that will only be released in-house in our taproom under the Test Dept.™ name. These beers are produced in small batches and may never be repeated or released to the general public.
This third release is going to be Test Dept.™ - Weizenbock Beer. Our brewmaster Tom Przyborowski designed this beer for those with a fondness for strong, dark and malty beers who also have an equal affection for weissbier.
Test Dept.™ - Weizenbock has an alchohol content on the higher side and has all of the clove-like spiciness of a typical weissbier, but is delivered with the familiar bock melanoidin and bready flavors from the use of Munich malt
Test Dept.™ - Weizenbock will only be available in 10oz pours in the taproom. We begin pouring on Friday, April 29th at 5:00PM.
Test Dept.™ hours are 5:00PM - 9:00PM. Our last Test Dept.™ offerings were gone by the end of the first evening - so plan accordingly.
