From Terrapin:
January 4th, 2016 - Athens, GA - The first in our 2016 Seasonal Sessions line up found its way into 2015, if only for a few days. Officially our first beer of 2016, Mosaic, a Red Rye IPA, shipped to our distributors and is now on shelves. Originally released as a Side Project back in 2013, Mosaic aimed to showcase the Mosaic hop for the Craft Brewers’ Conference in Washington D.C. that year. This year’s Mosaic marks the beer’s third year as a Seasonal Session. This is also the second time the beer has been released in 12 oz cans.
From the can:
Like a fine piece of art, Mosaic Red Rye IPA is masterfully created by using 100% Mosaic™ hops throughout the brew. With its aesthetically pleasing ruby red color and spatial depth from the rye malt, this hand crafted masterpiece leaves your palate's canvas open to interpretation.
Malts: 2-Row Pale, Malted Rye, Munich I, Crystal 45, Crystal 65, Crystal 85
Hops: 100% Mosaic
ABV: 6.3%
IBU: 75
OG: 14.4
Mosaic is packaged in 22 oz. cans and 1/2 BBL kegs, and available now throughout Terrapin’s distribution footprint.
