Schlafly–Next Brewery a Working Farm?

As a back-yard gardener, I love hearing stories like this…what could be better than an active craft brewery being part of a working farm.  Imagine getting your beer from a brewery that grows it’s own barley, hops and other ingredients….Hello Terroir!  This from STLToday:

Fresh off a trip from Detroit to scope out that city's urban-farming projects, St. Louis Brewery CEO Dan Kopman said he pictures the next Schlafly brewery being part of a working farm.
