Zwet .be, unusual "black" beer of mixed gistingis is brewed with wheat malt, Maris Otter malt and cara.
Specifically is the mixed fermentation kultuurgist, on the one hand from the Beersel Lambic yeast blonde, on the other hand. From the Lambic, brewed by Armand Debelder, was a specific type of Brettanomyces geïsolleerd. This yeast indicates this beer from 7% ALC. volume a slightly sour aftertaste”
