My belly has been filled with reruns lately. When it comes to TV I'm a "no reruns" sort of guy, but when it comes to great beers I'm happy to have repeats. Knowing a beer is going to be great before I even open the bottle, adds to the experience and enhances the taste for me. Rather than bore you with beers that I have 4 or 5 cases of that have already had their 15-minutes of fame in the "What's in my belly world," I've held off until we opened a new beer...and here it is.
This belly-beer comes to me from Steve (thanks Steve)...and it's an unusual one. For me it was somewhere north of a Belgian Brown Ale and south of an American Barleywine...and yes the label is accurate at 12%ABV. This one will kick your butt, but you'll have fun getting it kicked. Cheers.
