This is Blanc Tarte Barrique from the Green Flash Cellar 3 series of beers. This sour blonde ale is brewed with spices (Seville orange pel, Chinese ginger & grains of paradise) and aged 12-36 months in red & white wine barrels (lactobacillus & brettanomyces) before being packaged in 750ml bottles (on Aug 13, 2016). This 2016 Batch 01 limited release will hit 6%-AbV and 14 IBU. We also have the 2017 Batch.
We also have Green Flash Natura Morta Boysenberry ale brewed with spices (Seville orange peel, Chinese ginger & grains of paradise) and aged for 6-16 months in red & white wine barrels (lactobacillus & brettanomyces). This 2016 Batch 01 beer will be packaged in 750ml bottles on Aug 13 2016 and it will come in at 5.5%-AbV and 14 IBU.
