Cultivateur
7.5% ABV | 22 IBUs

Our third Pub Reserve Series beer is a Provisional Saison aged in Pinot Casks with Brettanomyces giving the beer hints of peach and apricot on the nose and a  light, dry tartness on the tongue. This beer is only available at our pubs and tasting room in Bend and Portland so be sure to grab a bottle or two to share with family and friends. Pair this beer with angel hair pasta in a light cream sauce, a nice salmon salad, or enjoy as a dessert on its own. Either way, it will CULTIVATE an amazing taste experience!

Pub Reserve Series
Availability: 22 oz. wax-dipped bottles at our pubs and tasting room now until their gone

The Dissident
11% ABV  |  18 IBUs

Pucker up, sour fans…it’s time once again for the return of our favorite Flanders-style sour brown ale. As the first sour we ever made and bottled, this beer has made a name for itself in the world of “sours” and this year’s recipe is the same one we used for the original version released in 2008. We use fresh tart pie cherries from Oregon and Brettanomyces to give this beer unique flavors and aromas that will have you singing, “Wild Thing” by The Troggs, all day long. Snag a bottle while it lasts and savor the sour!

Reserve Series
Availability: 22 oz. wax-dipped bottles and draft in extremely limited quantities beginning September in most states where Deschutes beer is sold
