Big Sky Brewing Sues Anheuser-Busch Over “Hold My Beer & Watch This”

I brought you a peek at this campaign from Anheuser-Busch…and now this from NBC Montana:

In federal court documents Big Sky Brewing says Anheuser-Busch released three Youtube videos on December 1, 2013 with actor John Krasinski centered around the phrase "hold my beer and watch this". 

Big Sky says it has used the phrase since 2004 and held the trademark since September 8, 2009. The phrase is featured on cans of Big Sky beers.
