Here’s a peek at 2 new labels coming from New Belgium. The first is a Cigar City co-brewed Lips of Faith beer that uses Anaheim and Marash Chilies and it comes in at 8.5% ABV. This beer will be aged on Spanish Cedar and use Belgian yeast. This from Cigar City:
We hinted at it before but now it's official: we are collaborating with our good friends at New Belgium Brewing right now! We will be apart of their awesome Lips of Faith Series. Then New Belgium will be finally distributing to Florida! Hooray! Initial plans are for this beer to go wide and far.
As for the beer itself, it has a Belgian yeast, tons of citrus hops, some peppers and Spanish cedar...sounds like a winner.
More details when we get 'em!
The 2nd label today is keg-only and it is called Jeff Irby’s Ale and it will come in at 8% ABV.
