Jester King - Salt Lick Pecan Wood Smoked Saison

Here’s your first peek at a new brew from Jester King and leave it to them to create a Salt Lick Pecan Wood Smoked Saison.  This beer begins with a young dry-hopped ale that is blended with an old barrel-aged sour beer fermented with wild yeast.  A portion of the malt was smoked over pecan wood at the Salt Lick BBQ in Driftwood, TX.  This brew is bottle conditioned, 96% Organic, and it will come in at 22 IBU and 6.7% ABV.  Salt Lick will be packaged in 750ml bottles.
