Today Boulevard Brewing gained approval for their Sierra Nevada co-brewed Terra Incognita. This beer first appeared at SAVOR 2012 and it is 25% Ale, 45% Ale aged in wine barrels and 30% ale aged in whiskey barrels. This co-brewed beer uses pale malt, amber malt, malted wheat, un-malted wheat, bravo hops, styrian goldings hops and East Kent Golding hops in an effort to celebrate the terroir of each brewery. Look for Terra Incognita to be packaged in 750ml and come in at 8.5% ABV.
