Today we get a peek at the August Schell Brewing Stag Series Barleywine Style Ale. This Schell’s beer will be packaged in 12oz bottles and this is the 7th release in this series of great beers. Stag # 7 uses two mashes of over 6000 pounds of malt along with 150 pounds of hops which I’m betting makes for a wonderful American Barleywine style ale.
