This West Coast hop character is thanks to varieties including Chinook, Magnum, and Citra. Absent are the East Coast staples of juicy or tropical, but Rad Little Thing brings the haze—the smooth and full soul of a Hazy IPA.
"It softens the hop bite a little bit," says Isaiah Mangold, Head Innovation Brewer, "but they're very much edgy, which I think is pretty cool."
