OK folks, this is the big one! Our mammoth Bourbon Barrel-Aged Triple Nator just dropped... and you can only get it here at the brewery. This is our big, malty and ageable triple bock lager with a bourbon barrel twist. The combo of Munich malt, chocolate malt and Belgian candy sugar delivers deep toffee and complex malt notes, and over a year in bourbon barrels adds hints of toasted coconut, vanilla and molasses. It's available in 12.7-oz. cork & cage bottles in the Tasting Room and General Store. Put it in a glass or put it in your cellar. The next chapter is yours!
New Scratch beer alert! Scratch #520 Weizenbock starts with a base of floor-malted pilsner and Vienna malts as well as white wheat to lend a creamy texture. German Northern Brewer hops balance the malt with an undercurrent of woody notes. Decoction and step mashing intensifies the bready maltiness before our German hefeweizen yeast ties it all together with hints of candied clove and black pepper. Think of this beer as DreamWeaver’s maltier big brother. Scratch #520 is now available on draft exclusively at the brewery.
