Mother Earth Brew Co Releasing Spirit Animal HIPA & Sin Tax Peanut Butter Stout

From Mother Earth Brew :

Vista, CA  & Nampa, ID  – November 22th, 2024. Mother Earth is delighting fans this month with the release of two new beers to close out an already-loaded 2024. Launching almost simultaneously, Spirit Animal and Sin Tax are both highly anticipated releases from opposing ends of the beer spectrum, representing the brewery’s Project X and Limited series’, respectively, and arriving just in time for the holidays.  zzubreebym

Spirit Animal utilizes Mother Earth’s familiar Project X Series formula by encasing a pillowy hop bomb within stunning custom label art from well-known digital artist, Pixel Eyes. The hop bill separates itself from past iterations in the series by inviting a fourth hop varietal to the party and rounds out an all-star lineup of Idaho-7, Nectaron, Simcoe, and Citra.

New by rule, but not in concept, Mother Earth also revived one of their classics this year in Sin Tax Imperial Peanut Butter Stout; a brew that fans have been clamoring for since it was discontinued as a core beer in 2021. After experimenting with a reformulation last year, they opted for a return-to-form with the original recipe fans fell in love with almost a decade ago.

“Feedback on the recipe change last year was polarizing. When you have a legacy brand like Sin Tax, you have a lot of folks that aren’t looking for improvosation. They want it to taste how they remember it so in that regard it becomes nostalgic flavor. I guess the old adage applies here: ‘If it aint broke, don’t fix it’.”

-Dan Love, Co-Founder/President – Mother Earth Brew Co.

Spirit Animal and Sin Tax will be rolling out over the holidays in a craft retailer near you in 16oz cans and on draft or at one of their three tasting rooms. Timing varies by market, but customers are urged to search Mother Earth’s beer finder at findmotherearthbrewing.com and follow the individual tap room social media accounts for release dates.
