This Polish Pilsner brewed with Brewer Chuck's proprietary Pils yeast, perfected over 20 years alongside his mentor and friend, Mark Naski. This crisp, drinkable brew features German Pils malt, Saz, and Lebelski hops, and a carefully executed step mash and single decoction process. At 4.9% ABV and 28 IBU, this anniversary beer brings just the right hop flavor for a refreshing experience.
