We have closed down the UpCountry Brewing taproom in Brevard, NC, and are currently in the process of renovating and rebranding. We hope to reopen as Griffon & Sphynx by October 1st, if not before. Griffon & Sphynx social media page coming soon. I'm very happy with the quality of the beers that I've been producing on site and I hope that you will join us soon for a pint.
