Neon Cylinders: Rowdy Red

Neon Cylinders is back once again, turning up the volume on a Creature classic: Paradiso CRC with the Neon Cylinders base. Featuring cranberries, tart cherry, and raspberry; the result is an explosion of red flavor!
Oktoberfest
Marzen | 5.5% ABV
Release date: September 6
The brewing season in Germany originally ended around April, and Marzen's were brewed in March and aged in Alpine caves over the summer to be had at autumn celebrations. The most notable being Oktoberfest. Oktoberfest is a 16 day festival that started up in 1810, originally a royal wedding celebration, and still goes strong today. This year Oktoberfest is from 9/16-10/3. Malt accented, medium strong, and smooth from the wonderful lagering process.
Gaucho de la Playa
Imperial Stout w/ Coconut & Dulce de Leche | 11.7% ABV
Release date: September 13
This cowboy of a stout was inspired by the beautiful alfajores cookie from Argentina. The magical combination of coconut and dulce de leche creates decadent layers on top of this imperial stout. Sweet, complex nuttiness married with caramelized sugars and robust depth begs to be enjoyed with friends around campfires on the range or at the beach!

Dayspring
Country Wheat Beer | 5.2% ABV
Release date: September 20
DaySpring is a traditional interpretation of a grisette. Dry, grassy, herbal, and slightly fruity this beer represents our vision of historical brewing from Belgium. We use organic raw wheat from the small DaySpring Farms located near our brewery. Not only is this beer a flagship of our specialty program, but also a foundational piece of our local agriculture initiative.
Beautiful Mosaic
Hazy Imperial IPA | 8.2% ABV

An honor to the Presidential Georgian, Jimmy Carter. One of Jimmy Carter's legacies was National Good Neighbor Day. We have brewed this beer in the spirit of being a great neighbor and honoring this well loved Georgian that also legalized homebrewing. The name comes from a Jimmy Carter quote, "We have become not a melting pot but a beautiful mosaic. Different people, different beliefs, different yearnings, different hopes, different dreams." Naturally, we are showcasing the mosaic hop.
