Today I have a new multi-brewery
collaboration coming from
Burial Beer in Asheville,
NC.
This is Liminal Space and it will be a collaboration with Highland Brewing, Noble Beast, Resident Culture & The Answer. The beer will be a west coast-style IPA with Yuzu and Calamansi as well as Motueka, Citra, Eclipse and HBC 586 hops and this will be the 2nd iteration of the AAPI collab. The beer hits 6.5%-AbV and it will be packaged in 16oz cans. I’ve also added in the non-collaboration Just A Bit Of Blood Heavy Resin double IPA brewed with Citra, Cashmere and Amarillo hops (9%-AbV, 16oz cans). zzubreebym
