NEW BEER RELEASING
FRIDAY, JULY 26th
If you've been a fan of Block 15 over the years, you'll surely recognize one of this week's releases, Animal Cookies. We've been making this Hazy IPA since 2017, and it's one of our favorites. The blend of Mosaic, Chinook, CTZ, Cashmere, and Citra hops bring out the most amazing papaya and orange flavors.
Our second release this week, Dark Surroundings, will be served at our pubs on draft only. It first appeared at the Fuji to Hood festival last weekend in Portland, and we can't wait for you to try it, too. It was great to spend time with our collaborators from Black Tide Brewing at the fest and give them a tour of our production brewery yesterday.

Dark Surroundings - Porter with Okinawa Sweet Potatoes and Japanese Chestnuts
Brewed for Fuji to Hood in Collaboration with Black Tide Brewing, located in Kesennuma, Japan, this American Porter features caramelized Okinawa Sweet Potatoes in the mash and was conditioned on roasted Japanese chestnuts.
