It's a party, and all your taste buds are invited. In our neverending quest for the perfect IPA, we went a little out of the box using a sexy new hop from New Zealand called Nectaron combined with some old friends, Citra and Simcoe. We took out some of the complex malt profile we often use, going full New School with the malt bill. What does all this actually mean? It means it's time to party!
