The SR-71 “Blackbird” is quite simply perfect. It represents a time in America that both aesthetics and function were of equal importance. With a wingspan of 55.6’ and 107.4’ in overall length the mighty beast could make it from LA to DC in approximately 1 hour holding only 2 passengers. If that’s not cool, then nothing is. What better namesake for this bicoastal collaboration? Blackbird is a hazy IPA brewed with Nugget, El Dorado, Estate Comet, and Strata hops. Big stone fruit aromas with a soft yet crisp mouthfeel and a mild hop bite.
