This is 2024 Unicornucopia Grand Cru and it will be a red Wine barrel-fermented German-style gose ale spiced with salt and Indian green coriander. If that’s not enough fun, the beer is fermented with Brettanomyces and it will ride in at 5%-AbV. This looks to be the 12oz bottle-conditioned bottle and stay tuned for release details. zzubreebym
