This is Peach Nilgiri and it will be a foudre-aged (9-months Solera) sour ale with peaches (aged for an additional 2-months), black tea (from Steven Smith Teamaker), ginger root and nectarine. The beer will hit 6%-AbV and this looks to be a 12oz can. Stay tuned for release details. zzubreebym
