Stone Adding Schoolmates To One Batch Dispatch Series–July 2024 Release

This morning I have your very first peek at a new beer coming to the One Batch Dispatch Series from Stone Brewing in Escondido, CA and Richmond, VA.

This is Schoolmates and it will be a hazy double IPA that uses a new hop called Anchovy as well as Citra hops. The beer will swim in at 8.5%-AbV and it will be packaged in 16oz cans. Stay tuned here for release info.

Here at Stone, we don’t brew beer alone. In every new recipe, every fermentation, and every satisfying sip, there’s evidence of things we’ve learned from others. This particular hazy double IPA features a unique new hop called Anchovy. Don’t panic – despite the name, you can expect ripe watermelon flavors combined with dankness and orange cream character from “new classic” Citra. Cheers to you, and everyone swimming alongside us.
