We're keeping the new canned beer party going with Spirit Bomb IPA and Mill Ends Irish Red.
Behold the luminous Spirit Bomb IPA, a radiant golden brew suffused with the intensity of Citra and Lemondrop hops. Bursting with citrusy hop flavors, each sip is an explosive experience, as if channeling the energy of a cosmic gathering.
Spirit Bomb IPA was created by Gigantic brewer Ben L’etoile. His concept was for it to be incredibly citrusy and drinkable. The awesome label artwork was created by Ben Walker-Storey.
Mill Ends Irish Red was brewed for Portland’s Mill Ends Park, officially recognized by Guinness World Records as the ‘World’s Smallest Park’ at just 452 sq in. Originally intended as a hole for a light pole, Mill Ends Park was born in 1948 when Portland newspaper columnist Dick Fagan planted some flowers in the pole hole after the light failed to appear. The park was eventually designated official by the city in 1976 and dedicated as "the only leprechaun colony west of Ireland” by Fagan himself. In recognition of Dick’s can-do attitude and ability to take matters into his own hands, Gigantic Brewing and Weird Portland United took it upon themselves to honor his legacy with a brew as unique as the park itself.
Our Irish Red is a dance of malt sophistication, with decadent caramel sweetness and a hint of hop bitterness, delivering a smooth libation.
The Mill Ends Red can art was created by local artist Amy Ruppel.
These beers join our initial canned lineup of Gigantic IPA, Kölschtastic, and Life or Death IPA, a collaboration with Wayfinder Beer that has a big citrus orange, tropical, and dank aroma, that finishes dry and refreshing.
Our new canned beers are available at grocers, beer shops, bars and bodegas throughout Oregon, as well as at the our three taproom locations: The Brewery Taproom (5224 SE 26th Ave), Hawthorne Pub (4343 SE Hawthorne), and Robot Room (6935 NE Glisan St).

Zwickelmania will return this month for one day of brewery tours and tastings. Over 50 breweries from across Oregon will be participating on Saturday, February 17, 2024 from Noon – 4:00pm.
At Gigantic will be doing tours of the brewery and tastings directly from the zwickel, the tap on the fermentor! We will also have some special deals on bottled beer that day, so stop by to check it all out!
