It's a new week and time for another new canned beer!
Gigantic Pilsner
Gigantic Pilsner is a love letter to the Pacific Northwest. We brew this beer with pure mountain water, Willamette Valley grown hops and locally produced malt, showcasing our region and proving that Portland is one of the world's great brewing cities.
We love making lagers here at Gigantic and thought it was time to make a year-round pilsner. Our aim with Gigantic Pilsner is to capture the essence of German pilsners while infusing it with the distinct character of our region.
This beer joins our current canned lineup of Gigantic IPA, Kölschtastic, Life or Death IPA, Spirit Bomb IPA, Goblin Mode Hazy IPA and Mill Ends Irish Red.
Our new canned beers are available at grocers, beer shops, bars and bodegas throughout Oregon, as well as at the our three taproom locations: The Brewery Taproom (5224 SE 26th Ave), Hawthorne Pub (4343 SE Hawthorne), and Robot Room (6935 NE Glisan St).

Machetes PDX pops up this Sunday at the Gigantic Brewery location starting at 2pm
Started by husband-and-wife team Diego and McKenna Palacios, the business gets its name from long, folded quesadillas shaped like a blade. And when we say long, we mean long.
Made with white heirloom corn masa formed into psychedelic marbly swirls with pink hibiscus and green cilantro dye before flattening the tortillas in a big blue press and rolling them into their signature shape. They are filled with queso Oaxaca and various guisados until crispy on the outside and gooey in the center.

Portland Timbers Season Opener on Saturday!
Another Timbers season kicks off this Saturday, Feb 24th at 7:30pm against the Colorado Rapids. All three Gigantic locations are your spot to catch every minute of Timbers and Thorns matches all season log.
