Bourbon Month is Here
Bourbon Month kicks off today! We’re excited to present barrel-aged beers, special bourbon and whiskey offerings at Corvallis Block 15 locations and Caves Corvallis, and a packed lineup of events throughout the month.
Bourbons & Stamp Books
Grab a stamp book from any Block 15 location to track which beverages you’ve tried! Over the course of the month, we’ll be featuring 18 different specialty bourbons and whiskeys, with special weekly bourbons available on Mondays. There's a party and prize for those who taste through every item in the stamp book!
The first round of special bourbons, available only on Monday, February 5th, are as follows:

Join us for an exclusive curated Bourbon Dinner at Caves to celebrate Bourbon Month! Crafted by our Executive Chef and Downtown Director, this 5-course dinner will taste you through a night of Bourbon-inspired refreshments that complement NW meets European Fare.

February 9th @ Bad Habit Room from 5-7 pm
$25/person, reservations required to attend

Bourbon Month Portland Celebration
February 10th-11th @ Saraveza starting at 12 pm
Celebrate Bourbon Month with some goodies on Saturday: Be the first to purchase bottles of the Bourbon Month beers, free Block 15 Brewing bottle bag with the first few bottle purchases at the event, specialty tasting with vintage Bourbon Month releases from 12-4 pm, food specials, and a raffle for a Block 15 swag bag.
Sunday Saraveza Superbowl Bash and Super Nebula: Watch the Super Bowl on Sunday the 11th, and enjoy a pizza special during the big game.

Bourbon Barrel-aged Beers
This weekend, we're celebrating the release of our Bourbon Month beers. Bottles of each will be available for purchase starting Saturday, February 3rd. Limits apply and are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Super Nebula and Kriek will be available on draft at Block 15 locations starting Thursday, February 1st, with Super Nebula Breakfast with Willett and Super Nebula Cherry Dog available on draft starting Friday, February 2nd.

Imperial Stout Matured in Bourbon Barrels with Cocoa Nibs

This year's annual imperial stout release was matured in George Dickel and Willett bourbon barrels and then conditioned on wild harvest, fair trade Bolivian cocoa nibs, specially selected to complement its decadent character.

A collaborative blend series from Block 15 and Hair of the Dog encompassing the spirit and creativity of both breweries - 2018 Bourbon Barrel Cherry Chocolate Stout and our Super Nebula base, then steeped with wild harvest, fair trade cocoa nibs, and cherries. This year's annual imperial stout release was matured in George Dickel and Willett bourbon barrels and conditioned on wild harvest, fair trade Bolivian cocoa nibs specially selected to complement its decadent character.
Kriek
Oud Bruin Matured in Second-use Bourbon Barrels with Cherries

Spontaneously fermented in our wild cellar, Kriek is our Oud bruin matured over two winters on locally farmed tart Montmorency cherries in second-run bourbon barrels, first used to mature Super Nebula, our imperial stout.
