After teaming up several times last year, we’re expanding our partnership with our friends at EDGE Outdoors for the 2023 – 2024 ski season. Our goal is to help them further their mission to attract and retain Black, Indigenous, and Women of Color including Trans Women of Color in snow and adventure sports.
To do that, we're donating a portion of proceeds from Crush the Slopes hazy IPA. And a fun way you can help us make an even bigger impact is to start a Pint Points card at either taproom. With every 8 stamps you'll be entered into a gear raffle!

We're throwing a daylong party at the end of the month to celebrate some of our most award-winning beers. Expect a wide range of styles and the opportunity to learn how professionals judge beer. And yes, you can count on a soundtrack that features plenty of Metallica, Megadeth, Black Sabbath, and Iron Maiden. We're also bringing back a beer that earned a few medals in the past: Ink Black IPA.

1/7 - Seahawks Sunday at Both Locations
Seattle takes on the Cardinals in week 18 and we'll have the game on for fans who want to cheer for the Hawks with a Czech Pilsner or a pint of Crikey IPA in hand. Kickoff is at 1:25 p.m. and we'll be serving game day food starting at noon.
1/8 - Both Taprooms Closed for a Team Outing
Both our Ballard and Fremont taprooms will be closed on Monday, January 8th for our annual company outing. We'll be back to regular hours on Tuesday.
1/10 - Trivia Night at the Ballard Taproom
Meet us on Wednesday nights at 7:00 p.m. for free trivia with Head in the Clouds. It’s hosted by Jeopardy! champions and questions cover a wide variety of topics, with a heavy bent toward pop culture. Come early to snag a table and order food, and stick around for a chance at a prize!
1/11 - Burns Night with Whateverandeveramen in Ballard
Grab a seat at this unique musical experience, which celebrates the song and verse of Robert Burns, the Ploughman Poet. This approximately three hour performance starts at 6:30 p.m. and your ticket includes a pint of beer.
1/18 - Craft Night at the Fremont Taproom
Calling all crafters! We're starting a casual new monthly event at our Fremont location for anyone out there who enjoys knitting, crocheting, or other fabric-based crafts. Our friend Brittany Garber sparked the idea and will be there on Thursday, January 18th from 6 – 8:00 p.m. to meet fellow creatives.
As a bonus, I've added in 2024 Wild Sky cascadian pilsner (5.8%-AbV, 16oz cans)
