Today I have an interesting new barrel-aged beer coming from The Bruery in Placentia, CA.
This is Lion’s Brew and it will be a mead barrel-aged imperial stout (Bayonet) with honey and bay leaves. This beer is inspired by an Ethiopian honey wine called t’ej. The beer uses barrels from B. Nektar Meadery and it will roll in at 13.1%-AbV. You’re looking at the 750ml bottle and stay tuned for release details. zzubreebym
