It’s Oktoberfest time soon and Chuckanut Brewery is celebrating. Fest biers traditionally arrive in September to kick off the fall and Chuckanut’s 2 locations will have it on tap all fall season. Chuckanut Fest is a golden lager, brewed with a large portion of Vienna malts for smooth malty highlights. The aromas and flavors, lightly sweet from the malts are balanced out with Noble hops for a bright finish comfortably served in Liter sized mugs. Chuckanut brews Fest in small quantities and its only available for a short amount of time, you'll find it not only at Chuckanut’s two locations but also selected accounts across WA and OR state. The time to drink Fest Bier is now!
Fest Bier is a great drinking beer, malt forward and food friendly. It’s a wonderful match to typical Oktoberfest foods like sausages, grilled fish, roasted chicken, and roast pork. Fest Bier in cans will be available during the Chuckanut Oktoberfest at P. Nut and South Nut but we recommend you get in quick to get them so as not to be disappointed. Chuckanut Oktoberfest, a day of celebration, will take place at both locations on September 9, 2023 starting at noon.
Chuckanut Brewery brews award winning Lagers and Ales and has won Large Brewery of the Year at WA Beer Awards 2017, 2019 and 2021 and Small Brewery at the GABF 2011. The production facility and Tap Room is in Skagit Valley at 11937 Higgins Airport Way, Burlington, WA. Chuckanut Brewery’s P. Nut Beer Hall is at 920 SE Caruthers St, Portland.
