Springfield, MO - People who enjoy visiting wineries, breweries, and distilleries in the Springfield area could win up to $3,000 in cash, gift cards, and discounts from area attractions and restaurants when the 2023/24 Ozarks Tap and Pour Craft Beverage Tour begins June 1.
The tour is a free self-guided program where patrons can receive prizes for checking in at participating businesses.
New this year is a scratch card participants receive at each location. Prizes on the cards range from trivia about participating businesses to four grand prizes of $500 and 10 prizes of $100. Only 5,000 cards will be printed and no purchase is necessary to receive a scratch-off ticket.
Along with the scratch card program, participants can receive a free collectible Tap and Pour T-shirt after earning 150 check-in points. Check-ins must include at least one brewery, winery, and distillery.
To participate, visit https://www.springfieldmo.org/tapandpour/ and follow the instructions to sign up.
The tour was launched by the Springfield Convention & Visitors Bureau in 2018. Since then, thousands of locals and tourists have participated in the craft beverage tour. Its success led the CVB to create the Ozarks Coffee Trail in 2021.
