WASHINGTON, DC Feb. 6, 2023 – As the National Football League (NFL) prepares for Super Bowl LVII, Museum of the Bible is pleased to announce its partnership with Arizona Cardinals running back James Conner, who will be a guest speaker at the 36th Annual Athletes in Action Super Bowl Breakfast. The museum is a presenting sponsor of this much-anticipated event, taking place on Saturday, Feb. 11, 2023, at Desert Ridge Marriott Resort in Phoenix, Ariz.

The annual NFL-sanctioned event unites fans and football legends for a morning of prayer, celebration and the presentation of the 2023 Bart Starr Award ahead of the big game. The 2023 Super Bowl Breakfast will feature keynote speakers such as Super Bowl Champion Coach Tony Dungy, Pro Football Hall of Famer Anthony Muñoz, Arizona Cardinals Running Back James Conner, and 2021 Bart Starr Award recipient and linebacker for the New Orleans Saints, Demario Davis, among others.  zzubreebym

“As someone whose faith was formed from the Bible, it means a lot to me to serve alongside Museum of the Bible in their sponsorship of the 2023 Super Bowl Breakfast,” said Arizona Cardinals running back James Conner.

Since 1988, the Athletes in Action Super Bowl Breakfast has taken place annually in the Super Bowl host city, drawing sellout crowds to hear from some of sport’s biggest names. The Bart Starr Award, presented at the breakfast, honors Starr’s lifelong commitment to serving as a positive role model to his family, teammates and community.

“Many of the NFL’s biggest names have developed their strength and character from what they consider the ultimate playbook for life, the Bible,” said museum CEO Harry Hargrave. "We are passionate about how the Bible has influenced American culture, including sports, so it is an honor to once again partner with Athletes in Action for the Super Bowl Breakfast. We are also excited about welcoming ACC Player of the Year James Conner to the Museum of the Bible family and look forward to hosting him at the museum this summer.”

In addition to the live event in Phoenix, portions of the Super Bowl Breakfast will be available on Athletes in Action’s Facebook page and YouTube channel. For tickets and more information about the Bart Starr Award and the Super Bowl Breakfast, visit SuperBowlBreakfast.com.
