DOOM BLADE
*Cue dramatic music*...Our Black IPA is back and it’s really, really good. This slightly roasted cascadian dark ale is jam packed with hops: Cascade, & Simcoe in the boil, Citra & Cascade in the whirlpool, PLUS Citra and Simcoe in the dry-hop. Yeah, woah. The resulting beverage is wonderfully (obviously) hop-forward & classically bitter (boasting 75 IBUs), with delightfully roasty notes of toffee & caramel. It’s an ideal fireside companion for all the impending cozy nights in.

LAVA TONES
Taking inspiration from our new Ohana over in Hawaii, we made this Island themed Imperial Stout by taking a blend of Imperial Stouts aged in Bourbon Barrels, then we added Oahu-Grown small estate vanilla beans, Okinawa Black Sugar, and Mexican Cocoa Nibs. The result is a nuanced mix of layered dessert flavors with notes of rich honey and baker’s chocolate. We think you’ll agree that it lives up to its name.
ABV: 14.00%

CHAOS GRID: DOUBLE COCONUT
Behold! This miraculous blend of Imperial Stouts, made up mostly of Mega Devil’s Teeth and Monsters’ Park Blend was aged for 14-18 glorious months in Ethereal Mound Barrels and subsequently loaded with a whopping 35 lbs per barrel of Toasted Coconut. Which is DOUBLE our usual amount of coconut. We only need two words to describe this liquid treasure, Coconut Bomb!

Important notes regarding this month's sale:
- All purchased items have a 60-day pickup window ending on 2/14/2023.
- Pickups will begin on 12/14 in San Diego and Encinitas.
- Reservations are not required, but are highly recommended, and can be FOUND HERE. You only need 1 pickup reservation, regardless of how many purchased orders you have. Reservations are helpful if you want a quick pick up or are proxying for several people.
