Boulder, CO  December 6, 2022 — The country’s largest annual conference for the craft beer industry, the Craft Brewers Conference® & BrewExpo America® (CBC®), hosted by the Brewers Association (BA), is returning to the Music City in Nashville, TN, on May 7-10, 2023.

Small and independent craft breweries are the stained glass windows of communities across the nation — they’re vibrant, unique, and original. Craft breweries are more than innovation hubs and neighborhood gathering holes, they are major economic drivers. Craft beer is a $26.8B industry in the U.S. with Tennessee being home to more than 140 breweries, representing $1.3M in economic impact for the state. With more than 11,000 anticipated attendees, CBC 2023 is expected to generate substantial economic impact for the city via hotel stays, patronage at restaurants, bars, and tourist sites, and sales tax to name a few. This marks the second time the Craft Brewers Conference will take place in the Music City, the first being in 2019.

The 2023 Craft Brewers Conference will provide brewing professionals access to 200 speakers and 70+ seminars that deliver concentrated, purpose-driven education opportunities to equip breweries, taprooms, and brewpubs with the knowledge and tools to thrive in an increasingly competitive market. For seasoned craft beer professionals and breweries in planning, CBC offers a deep dive into subjects including Brewing Operations & Beer Styles, Business & Leadership, THRIVE, Quality & Ingredients, Government Affairs & Legal, Quality & Ingredients, Safety & Sustainability, Export Development, Taprooms & Brewpubs, Sales, Distribution & Marketing.

At BrewExpo America, the largest brewing conference and trade show in the U.S., nearly 600 exhibitors will share the latest and greatest product innovations and services for brewpubs, taprooms, breweries, and wholesalers.

The Craft Brewers Conference will conclude in Nashville, TN, on May 10 with the awards ceremony for the 2023 World Beer Cup® (WBC), the biggest and most prestigious beer competition in the world—coined the “Olympics of beer.” The now-annual global competition celebrates the science and art of brewing and brings new ingredients and techniques to the largest stage of international brewing excellence.

Craft beer industry professionals are encouraged to register at CraftBrewersConference.com. Super Early Bird registration is open Dec. 6 – Jan. 10; Early Bird registration is open Jan. 11 – Mar. 1; and Regular registration is open Mar. 2 – Apr. 29.
